PRODUCTION TIME
Production time for sea grass and resin is between 6
to 8 weeks depending on the quantity ordered.
Production time for textiles is between 4 to 12
weeks depending on the quantity ordered and fabrics
used.
MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR
PRODUCTION
Our minimum order for production is USD $5000 F.O.B.
with a minimum quantity on each product range.
Textiles - 50 to 100 pieces per design depending on
item
Resin - 50 pieces per design per colour.
Seagrass - 100 pieces per design per colour.
We have limited quantities of standard lines
available wholesale from our Hanoi showrooms. All
colours and designs may not be available. Further
information can be provided on request.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Hemisphere has hundreds of unique designs for you to
choose from. If you would like us to develop your
designs we are happy to do that subject to the
following conditions.
Exclusive Development Sampling
1. All samples must be paid for at FOB prices, and a
sample fee of $50 per product is charged prior to
shipping.
2. The sample fee is fully refundable on your first
order.
3. Your product will remain exclusive to you world
wide if required
4. Freight is at the clients expense.
Non-exclusive Development Sampling
1. All samples must be paid for at FOB prices.
2. We will develop your designs free of charge but
reserve the right to promote the products outside of
your territory.
3. Freight is at the clients expense.
LABELS AND PACKAGING
Basic packaging and labeling is provided free of
charge. We will quote individually for special
requirements.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment: 30% deposit is required before production
can commence with the balance payable prior to
shipment.
Payment may also be made by Irrevocable Letter of
Credit subject to minimum orders of $20,000. Terms
and conditions are available on application.
